The company officially launched the "spring thunder action" management innovation training project

At the beginning of 2016, our company established a strategic cooperative relationship with Shenzhen Zhongxu Enterprise Management Co., Ltd. to improve and enhance enterprise management. On April 9, all the company's senior leaders and management personnel above the team leader gathered in the company's training room. on the basis of last year's "enterprise management improvement year", the company officially launched the "spring thunder operation" management innovation training and implementation project for its eight-month enterprise management improvement year. The scope of this training and implementation project will be deepened and implemented from 6S and visual management improvement, project management, production plan management, introduction of planning and control system, optimization of performance salary system, improvement of delivery date, quality improvement and other aspects. The whole activity also runs through the team expansion training, and each team has previously determined the responsibility form and undertaking.
