Water supply paint production with intelligent wings

The company to undertake Hebei Chenyang annual output of 200000 tons of water-based paint project construction and the good news. The signing ceremony of the 2018 safety production target responsibility letter and the "challenge 15%" project contract letter was successfully completed.

In order to improve production safety management, prevent and reduce production safety accidents and occupational hazards, protect the life and property safety of the company's employees, and meet the 2018 company's annual plan for the achievement of "rapid delivery" of production equipment. On the morning of March 5, all employees of the company held a safety production morning meeting in front of the office building. The meeting was chaired by the security director Jin Hongbin. The first agenda of the meeting was signed by Liu Mingkun, chairman of the company, and Wang Haiqing, general manager of the main person in charge of safety, who signed the 2018 annual safety production target responsibility letter, confirming that the main person in charge is the first person responsible for the safety production of the enterprise, responsible for the safety production work of the enterprise, and guiding and supervising the safety production work of workshops and departments. Recently, our company won the banner of "Best System Engineering Service Provider" presented by Guangdong Tongde New Materials Co., Ltd. and Foshan Gaoming Tongde Chemical Co., Ltd. A banner expresses customers' full affirmation and praise of Jinbaoli Company. After the company was once again recognized by customers, giving a great encouragement to the people of Jinbaoli. Guangdong Tongde New Materials Co., Ltd. is located in Huacai Industrial Park, Wengyuan County, Shaoguan City, Guangdong Province. It was invested and established in 2013 and started construction in 2014. It covers an area of 205 mu and a planned construction area of 75000 square meters. The first phase has been completed by 65000 square meters. It was put into production in April 2017 and its leading products are acrylic resin, alkyd resin, synthetic fatty acid resin, saturated polyester resin and amino resin. The project fully realizes the new intelligent and environmental protection manufacturing mode of automation, and is the most advanced production line of domestic counterparts, with an annual output of 100000 tons of synthetic resin. In this project, our company has undertaken some turnkey projects of EPCT system, such as process design, equipment manufacturing, equipment, pipeline, electrical automatic control engineering installation, commissioning service, etc. 2018 will be an extraordinary year.
